Supply Bridge Asia handles sourcing and trade project enquiries from Hangzhou, China. This page explains how information sent through email, WhatsApp or other direct communication is used.
Information received
Enquiries may include your name, company details, contact information, product requirements, drawings, photos, quantities, delivery details and order-related communications.
Website requirement form
The requirement form prepares the enquiry on your device. Selected drawings or photos are passed to your system share sheet when supported, or attached by you in your email application. The website does not silently upload or store those files.
How it is used
- To understand and respond to your requirement.
- To communicate with relevant buyers, suppliers, inspectors or logistics providers when needed for your enquiry.
- To prepare offers and coordinate approved orders.
- To keep necessary commercial and communication records.
Sharing and care
Requirement information is shared only as reasonably needed to evaluate or carry out the requested sourcing work. Personal information is not sold. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or unrelated sensitive personal information.
