Project brief & commercial roles
Define the buyer, seller and partner roles, the goods involved, available information and intended transaction. You receive a clear brief with the outstanding questions and next steps.
How We Work
Buyers, sellers and project partners need a shared basis for decisions. We bring the commercial roles, specifications, quality requirements and delivery responsibilities into a documented working process.
Discuss a Trade Project
Six stages
The scope depends on the goods and transaction. Reviews support an informed decision; the required evidence, approvals and acceptance points are agreed with the parties involved.

Review business identity, commercial authority and relevant supply or purchasing evidence. Proposed counterparts are assessed against the project, with gaps and limitations recorded for your decision.
Check the proposed supply against the agreed specification, quantity and application. Equipment offers distinguish original and alternative products; material offers identify the stated grade, origin and supporting analysis. Deviations require written acceptance.
Set out the quotation or proposed transaction basis, payment milestones, delivery terms and each party’s responsibilities. Inspection, documentation, warranty and claims arrangements are agreed for the actual project.
Coordinate the agreed sample, inspection or testing plan. Record applicable material, batch and inspection evidence, production updates and unresolved issues against one working project file.
Review the agreed acceptance points before shipment release. Coordinate packing, labels, shipping documents and delivery handover, with the relevant quality and traceability records retained for follow-up.
